Factor90 treats every inquiry as private and confidential communication. This page explains, in simple terms, what information may be requested and how it is used.

Information you may send

When you request a private consultation, we may receive your name, email, professional profile and a brief description of the situation you want to analyze.

Use of information

The information is used only to evaluate the request, respond directly and, if both parties decide to continue, hold a private conversation about the case.

Confidentiality

Client names, cases, clubs, players, representatives and operational details are not published. Discretion is a central part of the service.

Retention

Messages are retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to manage the conversation, provide professional follow-up and comply with applicable obligations.
